Terms and Conditions

1. Using the site

• The site is for educational and lawful purposes only.
• Any use that harms the site or its users is forbidden, such as attempts to break in, posting offensive content or impersonating someone.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Applying and admission

• Applicants must be 18 or over when they apply.
• Applying does not mean you are automatically accepted into any program.
• Applications are reviewed by the admissions team against each program’s criteria and the number of places available.
• The academy may accept or decline an application without being bound to give its reasons.
• The decision is sent to the email address you registered with.

3. Live sessions and Zoom links

• Session links are for accepted participants only, and they are personal.
• Sharing the links with anyone else, or publishing them, is forbidden.
• The academy may remove any unregistered participant from a session.
• Participants may not record or publish the sessions without prior permission.

4. The participation charter

Every participant commits to the participation charter. Its main points include:

• Mutual respect with lecturers and participants.
• Attending, and keeping to the schedule.
• Not posting offensive content, or content outside the program’s subject.
• Respecting the privacy of other participants.

Breaching the charter may lead to a warning or a suspension of participation in the program.

5. Intellectual property

All learning materials and content published on the site belong to the academy or its lecturers. You may use them for your own learning only; copying or republishing them for commercial purposes without written permission is forbidden.

6. Fees

Most of the academy’s programs are free. If any program carries a nominal fee, it will be stated clearly before registration, together with its refund terms.

7. Limits of liability

We strive to provide accurate content and a continuous service, but we cannot guarantee the site will be free of technical faults or temporary interruptions.

8. Changes to these terms

The academy may change these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change counts as agreeing to it.
